"Daniel is amazing. His lessons were fun, educational and brilliantly authentic. I learned how to speak Spanish the Argentinian way, conversing very naturally. He introduced grammar organically, always keeping the conversation flowing in Spanish. He makes you realise you know more than you thought, and he can tell immediately how much or how little you know and works with that. It's so exciting to converse even in a few words, such fun when you understand each other! His space was also beautiful and inspiring. He always drank mate and served it to me in the proper way, explaining how to prepare it in Spanish. I got the whole cultural experience as well as the language. I treasure our lessons and very much hope to come back to them in Buenos Aires. To this day I remember a lot of what we learned. He is also very adaptable to individual styles. I found him very accommodating of my less structured style, and we shared a common interest in music. For example, he taught me the meanings of the lyrics of my favourite tango songs.
